Tempot var högt och allt flöt på bra. &lt;br /&gt;Är ganska säker på att vi har några nya namn snart i Sverigeeliten, allra helst på damsidan. Om jag ska sticka ut hakan lite så tror jag att Jenny Andersson kommer bli den bästa kettlebelllyftaren i Sverige inom ganska snar framtid, om hon väljer att satsa på det förstås. Ska du lyfta i 10 minuter måste du ha rätt teknik och veta var och när du ska vila annars kommer du inte långt, men i 5 minuter så funkar det med lite vilja och en hyffsat vältränad kropp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/8MJXzcHDN0w" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen&gt;&lt;/iframe&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Redan innan visste jag en del saker som måste bli bättre tills nästa tävling och nu efteråt vet jag några till. Med det menar vi att förutom jerks så kommer även pushpress och press godkännas. &lt;br /&gt;Däremot måste det vara fulla utlåsningar för att lyftet ska godkännas. Du kan när du vill under dessa 5 minuter sätta ner kloten, men då är ditt försök slut och repetitionerna räknas dig tillgodo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vi rekommenderar GS teknik men även Hardstyle kommer godkännas.&lt;br /&gt;Avancerade lyftare är givetvis välkomna också. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vi kommer inte ta in någon publik denna gång utan tävlande får ha med en ”coach”. Eftersom det var några fler i min närhet som visat intresse så blev det enklast att ta hit någon. Jag kollade och frågade runt på nätet och Gregor Sobocans namn kom upp väldigt ofta. Några önskemål var att coachen givetvis kunde prestera själv, men också prata bra engelska för att inte förlora tid för tolkning och undvika misstag pga språkbarriärer. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Så valet blev Gregor Sobocan, ett val som visades vara väldigt lyckat.&lt;br /&gt;Kommer inte skriva om kursinnehållet för var du intresserad av att gå kursen men bestämde dig för att avstå så kommer du förmodligen börja grina om jag berättar allt:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det blev en del repetitioner i helgen så kroppen är lite sliten nu, men om några dagar hoppar jag på Gregors programmering och ser vart det tar mig.&lt;br /&gt;På något sätt kommer jag träna för Gregor igen, antingen åker jag till honom i Slovenien eller så bjuder jag in honom till Sverige igen, tror det finns många fler som bör vara mycket intresserade av att gå kurs med honom, och många som vill gå igen.&lt;br /&gt;Nedan har jag samlat lite kommentarer,foton och film från campet, mer kommer snart!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://sportcamp.kettlebellstockholm.se/#home"&gt;Sportcamp Foton&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/34773685?title=0&amp;amp;byline=0&amp;amp;portrait=0" width="400" height="300" frameborder="0" webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen&gt;&lt;/iframe&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://vimeo.com/34773685"&gt;Gregor show how it´s done!&lt;/a&gt; from &lt;a href="http://vimeo.com/user1646083"&gt;Björn Uddenfeldt&lt;/a&gt; on &lt;a href="http://vimeo.com"&gt;Vimeo&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gregor:&lt;br /&gt;Sport Camp in Stockholm is behind us. Det blev extra mycket ben idag med putta släde, springa med gummiband (där Fredrik gick bakom och drog som motstånd) och sen fick jag lyfta en tung jädra säck direkt efter det.... Vi körde långa intervaller som ställde krav på uthållighet.  Det som händer är att jag vågar ta i mer och mer. Allt annat jag gör jämför jag med de här passen och då vet jag att det går att ta i lite till, att det finns mer att ge. Dessutom går alla in så jäkla hårt i sin egen bubbla så det finns ingen prestige i utförandet. Since I began training with kettlebells I have easily maxed out every military PT test I have taken. I never train for the events specifically yet I easily outperform my fellow soldiers. Do you really think that knocking off ten double swings with two 88lb kettlebells will not be beneficial? Do you think that ten clean and presses with the 70s will not benefit you as an athlete? Of course both will. Men det var så jobbigt att jag grät under typ halva passet. Det är sant! Jag ba piskade de där jävla brandslangarna och puttade det där satans däcket och svingade kulor och bulgarian bags och försökte att inte känna efter medan tårarna bara sprutade. Och jag tvingade Fredrik att hämta hinken och ställa den i närheten av mig - i fall att. Ha ha. Men det var inget som kom upp och tårarana sinade efter ett tag och jag kom levande ut på andra sidan. Om än dyblöt och darrig och - som sagt - med en jävulsk träningsvärk i rygg och armar. Och finträning blev det.  Fredrik lotsade mig genom nya kettlebellövningar och korrigerade tekniken på de gamla. Det kändes som en välbehövlig injektion. Jag fick tjöta lite om motivationen också. Att jag började träna för att bli vardagsstark. Och nu är jag det. Vad nu då liksom? Fast då kändes tjötet plötligt lite ihåligt. Jag gillar ju att träna och behöver egentligen inte mer motivation… Och det är så roligt att lära av proffs. Jag älskar proffs! Det spelar ingen roll om det handlar om matlagare, duktiga konstnärer eller kettlebellsvingare, ett proffs är någon som gräver den där står och utforskar lite till och lite till. Vi jobbade mycket med benen idag, har märkt att det är mitt svaga område så vi ska jobba mycket med det från och med nu. För alla er som är sugen på att köra lite riktigt mma träning, eller hård funktionell styrketräning. Detta upprepades 5 varv.&lt;br /&gt;20 burpees varvat med frivändningar med 60 kg även detta 5 varv. Denna övning var svinaktigt jobbig, kändes inge rolig alls då rodden redan tagit knäcken på mig :) Fredrik förklarade att detta var för att man trots att man är trött ska kunna vara explosiv därav frivändningarna.&lt;br /&gt;20 swings, 5 clean på varje hand, allt detta med 36 kg kettlebellen, sedan direkt efter var det en vidrigt jobbig magövning. Detta körde jag i 3 varv.&lt;br /&gt;Efter detta var det otroligt många olika bålstabilitetsövningar kommer inte ens ihåg hur många det var el hur jag utförde dem.
